I got the same rating but I put in the Guardian & they are Junior High, whereas the Adam Smith Inst get into college.

I agree. If "college level" means "written like an academic journal", I'm all for high school.

That just shows how well written it is - a lower rating is better. You don't need 9 syllable words and sentences with 25 subclauses to be clever.
