The colour question
A Labour MSP wants legislation to control sunbeds. Some of my fellow bloggers see this as just another example of the nanny state. I'm not so sure. Consider that most Labour politicians are Celtic fans. Sunbeds turn you orange. QED.
G.Feeney Celtic supporters are to be found in great numbers in Scotland's prisons, so a PhD student from Stirling University informs us.
Catholics are about 15% of Scotland's people and 30% of its prison inmate population. Aint immigration and Catholic schools wonderful.

Neil Craig There is case that many of us hold slightly different views as individuals & as members of groups. Ask people, privately with nobody listening, coming out of church , or coming out oa rugby ground, or alone in the bath what their favourite song is & it will different each time. So just occasionalyy people really do agree, in their public persona, with some restrictions on themselves.
On thev other hand Tommy may just be a pillock.

Mr Eugenides Most Labour MPs are indeed Celtic fans. I don't know about Gordon Jackson or Mohammed Sarwar, though.
For Tommy Sheridan to be promoting this Bill is certainly a nice piece of irony.
