I'd get rid of fractional reserve banking. I understand that some libertarians believe that it's OK as long as the customers are told about the nature of the system, but I'm not too sure. I'd welcome a commodity currency and gold and silver have won in the marketplace for thousands of years.
Any size is OK if the market accepts the bank in question.
