Glasgow visit

On the way back from the Boys' Toys Exhibition yesterday, I came across these characters outside Queen Street Station.

Were they

(a) On their way to the rugby?

(b) Selling the Big Issue?

(c) Banning the Bomb?

Is the Model trying to "braveheart" us all here in deep-South-Lancashire, pretending to be "Mel" "Gibson" (an American person I think) or what? 
 
At least the other guy is wearing a scarf correctly! (pls see the DTel about scarves and wearing-etiquette, about 3 weeks ago, and no I can't remember exactly when!) DD
