"Key" workers

They're to get new homes:
Under a deal which requires developers to offer affordable housing as part of their projects, 36 flats have been acquired by Live Smart@Home
Two definitions:
Key Worker - someone who works for the state.

Non-Key Worker - someone whose taxes pay for the key workers.

Bill (Scotland)
It would be laughter-inducing if it weren't so wasteful of our taxes. My particular bugbear is when I hear stories of islanders 'buying' their land, often against the wishes of the current owners, with our money in the forms of grants under the crazy land laws the ScotParl has introduced. Subsidy-junkies the lot of them!
