Here follows a footnote from a recent book review. Can anyone guess which book is being reviewed? I'll make it easy - the author of the book has an Edinburgh connection...
69. See Robert Nozick, Anarchy, State, and Utopia 183–231 (1974) (offering a libertarian
critique of the Rawlsian state); Murray N. Rothbard, For a New Liberty: The
Libertarian Manifesto (2d ed. 1978) (stating a theory of libertarian political philosophy);
Murray N. Rothbard, The Ethics of Liberty (1982) (same, in a more academic structure).

I declare that Dearieme is the winner. Not quite there but near enough. The book is Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince (pdf file) and was written about in the Michigan Law Review.

Gordon Brown, not Adam Smith.

If it was Gordon Brown's book, wouldn't it have been called "Confiscating the Wealth of Nations"?

Gordon Brown's book on whatever it was? Or, more likely, Harry Potter and the Repetitive Plots?
