In his letter,
Dennis Gratton says that the new Scottish Parliament building (£300 million) will serve a useful purpose unlike London's Millennium Dome (£800 million). Is that so? We only need two laws: keep your agreements (contract) and don't interfere with others (tort/criminal). All the rest is so much hot air. I fear that there will be plenty of that in our new parliament building.
